DATE : 04.02.2015 This is an application filed by the respondent nos.1 to 4 seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 are not granted compensation by the Tribunal. Considering the facts of the case, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount and the respondent no.2 is permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court. The balance amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in the Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and to be renewed every year until further orders.
