This application seeks condonation of delay of 260 days in bringing legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3. Accepting the reasons therein, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. C ivil Application (CAW) No.2196 of 2019 1.

Civil Application No.2196 of 2019 is for under Order 22 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs on record. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

The addition be carried out by 5.8.2022.

In case, the same is done, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 30.8.2022.
