The petitioner has challenged the election and election process of Ward No. 3 of Village Panchayat Ghatbori. The petitioner has an alternate remedy to seek the relief, as sought in the petition under the provisions of the Bombay Village Panchayat Act. This court would not be in a position to effectively decide the issue involved in this writ petition in exercise of the writ jurisdiction.
