The First Appeal No. 1854/2019 has been dismissed by this Court. The amount of Rs. 3,21,000/- is the enhanced compensation amount. The claimant Pradeep Pal is entitled for the said amount.

Considering this aspect, the application deserves to be allowed as prayed for. As such, the application is allowed. 4.

Registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs. 3,32,511/- along with interest accrued thereon to the claimant/respondent no. 1.
