The petitioners are the teachers working in the Zilla Parishad, Amravati. It is the grievance that without adhering to the norms and the procedure prescribed in the Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017 they have been transferred in difficult area. It is the contention that they are in difficult area for the period more than seven years and thus, they sought transfer for non difficult area. Earlier petitioners have approached to this Court in Writ Petition No.64 of 2020 wherein, this Court has directed petitioners to make representation which shall be decided in terms of Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017 and existing norms rules and regulations. 25.odt Commissioner, Amravati vide communication dated 20.12.2022 directed the Chief Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati to take appropriate decision. In terms of Chief Officer vide communication dated 03.01.2023 has replied that online transfer process for the year 2022 has already commenced hence, offline process cannot be undertaken. 3.
The learned counsel for the respondent No.3 would submits that new online process for transfer would commence before November, 2024.

In the circumstances, petitioners shall apply online in upcoming process in which the authority shall consider transfer of petitioners in terms of Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021 and subsequent modified directions. 5.
