The applicant/respondent No. 1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs. 4,75,180/- along with accrued interest thereon as the appeal was dismissed on 21.4.2025, for which, learned counsel for appellant has no objection. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed. Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount lying in this Court to the bank account of the applicant within 5 weeks on his furnishing bank account details.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 2604 OF 2025 The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to direct the appellant to deposit the remaining compensation amount as per the judgment and order dated 21.04.2025. Learned counsel for appellant undertakes to deposit the remaining balance amount within one week. His statement is accepted.
