The petitioner is the owner of certain peace of land which was earmarked as "existing open space". The petitioner made a proposal to respondent No.2 - Municipal Corporation for change of user as "residential". According to petitioner this proposal dated 13/02/2020 (page No. 23), which is not considered till date.

Considering the limited prayer, by allowing the petition, we direct respondents to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's proposal dated 13/02/2020, within one year from today.

Petition stands disposed in the above terms.
