By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the judgment dated 05/02/2015 in Writ Petition No.3074 of 1998. We find that though this Court had directed the respondents to grant the benefits to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of the judgment dated 05/02/2015, the State Government had filed an application in the disposed of writ petition for extension of time to comply with the order. Since further time has been granted to the respondents to comply with the judgment dated 05/02/2015, it cannot be said that the respondents had willfully disobeyed the judgment dated 05/02/2015.

In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.

The petitioner would be free to take appropriate steps if the respondents fail to comply with the order within the extended time.

Order accordingly.
