Vide order dated 03/02/2025, the respondent Nos.1 and 4 were permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.15,75,000/- stated to be deposited by the appellant with this Court.

It is informed that the appellant has deposited the amount of Rs.18,46,000/- along with interest with the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Washim and an amount of Rs.12,88,130/- with this Court.

Since the amount permitted to be withdrawn is more than the amount deposited with this Court, the respondent Nos.1 to 4, namely, Leena wd/o Manesh Deshmukh; Ku. Vedika d/o Manesh Deshmukh; Nirmala wd/o Pradiprao Deshmukh and Jaysh Manesh Deshmukh are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.15,75,000/- from and out of the amount of Rs.18,46,000/- deposited with the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Washim.

39. CAF 3093 of 2025.odt 4.

The order dated 03/02/2025 passed in Civil Application (CAF) No.280/2025 stands modified accordingly. 5.

The civil application is disposed of. No order as to costs.
