According to the applicants, the petitioners have flouted the order dated 13.2.2015 and promoted the employees of cadre of Civil Engineering Assistants to the post of Junior Engineers. If the orders of this court are disobeyed, the applicants have other remedy. An application cannot be filed for seeking stay. The prayer made in the application is misconceived. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
