This Review Application arises out of the Order dated 30th July, 2014 passed by me dismissing the Second Appeal No. 287 of 2014 summarily.

Heard Mr. Puranik, learned counsel for the Applicant, who pointed out the Certificate of Grant of Rights in land for agricultural purposes in respect of Class-2 lands. On perusal thereof, I find that a previous sanction of the Govt., before transfer was necessary, whereas, in the instant case, the sale-deed was already effected without sanction.

Be that as it may, I do not find any ground to interfere with the order under review.

In the circumstances, Review Application bearing Misc. Civil Application No. 1191 of 2014 is rejected. Judge |hedau|
