Shri R.S.Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that the petitioners do not seek to pursue prayer Clauses (a) and (b) in the writ petition. The petitioners would be satisfied if the relief sought by the prayer Clause (c) is considered. By prayer Clause (c) the petitioners seek a direction to be issued to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide their representation dated 14.10.2021. Shri B.N.Jaiprukar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has no objection.

Considering the limited relief sought in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 14.10.2021 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from production of copy of this order. The representation dated 14.10.2021 be decided on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The points raised in support of prayer Clauses (a) and (b) are kept open.
