We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of Special (CBI) Case No.1/2015 and, in any case, within a period of two months. 3.

In response to the Court's query, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that recording of evidence is in progress. 4.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach before the Special Court for expeditious disposal of the trial. If such application is taken out by the petitioner, we expect the Special Court to decide the said case expeditiously.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
