In compliance with the order dated 24/07/2024 in Civil Application No.1910/2024 in Writ Petition No.7978/2023, the revision petition preferred by the petitioner is pending with the State Government and not the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati. 3.

This Court has extended the interim relief and the petitioner is seeking interim relief before the State Government. 4.

It is claimed that the Honourable Minister has not issued notices in the revision petition.

In this backdrop, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with directions to the State Government to decide the revision petition preferred by the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order before the said Authority.

Shri S. S. Alaspurkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 in this petition accepts the notice in revision petition as he is informed to be appearing on Caveat in revision petition. 7.

The interim relief granted by this Court shall operate till disposal of the revision petition before the State Government. 8.

No costs.
