We have further perused the affidavit dated 30-9-2022 placed on record by the complainant. 3.

We quash Crime 575/2022 registered against the applicants at Police Station, Gondia City, Gondia subject to the condition that the applicants shall collectively deposit costs of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) and the non-applicant 2 shall deposit costs of

2 apl 1267.2022.odt Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with the Registry of this Court within the next week.

If the costs is deposited as ordered, the same shall be remitted in the account of Government Pleader Office, High Court, Nagpur to be utilized for the purpose of Library.
