Second Appeal No.153/2013 came to be dismissed in default on account of failure on the part of the appellants to file private paper book as directed by this Court. Learned Counsel for the appellants states that private paper book will be filed positively before 19-09-2025. In view of the statement made and also having regard to the fact that appeals of earlier years are pending for final hearing, delay caused in filing restoration application is condoned and application for restoration of appeal is allowed.
