The applicant/petitioner has prayed for continuation of the interim order dated 17.03.2016 since the learned Presiding Officer on Debts Recovery Tribunal at Mumbai is not available.

Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 states that the post of Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Mumbai is filled in and the Chairperson is likely to take the charge in the short period.

In that view of the matter, we extend the interim order for further period of three months from today. The parties are directed to move the learned Tribunal as soon as the Chairperson is available. Civil Application No. 1874/2016 stands disposed of.
