Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Tekam, the learned APP Mr. Mirza and the learned counsel Ms. Richa Inamdar for the victim, we expressed disinclination to suspend the sentence and at this stage the learned counsel Mr. Tekam submitted that the application be disposed of as not pressed and the appeal be heard early.

We have no difficulty in hearing the appeal early. 3.

The learned counsel Mr. Tekam states that the private paper-book shall be filed within two weeks. 4.
