DATED : 04/02/2021 Learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants had filed an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the F.I.R. No. 0277 of 2019 and that the said application has been allowed by the judgment dated 16.12.2020 and F.I.R. has been quashed. He has placed on record the copy of the judgment dated 16.12.2020 in Criminal Application (APL) No. 813 of 2020. In view of the said judgment, he seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, leave is granted and Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
