As it is rightly pointed by learned counsel for appellant and respondent No.2 that in para 3 of the judgment passed by this Court on 03.07.20271 after the figure of Rs.1,20,000/- the words 'per hectare' are appearing in stead thereof it should be 'per acre', hence this application is allowed. The correction be carried out accordingly.
