It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the cancellation of allotment dated 15/04/2015 has been upheld by the judgment of the Division Bench in Writ Petition (P.I.L.) No.55/2004 vide judgment dated 15/03/2017.

It is perhaps because of this development that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
