The petition is filed on the apprehension that the letter of intent issued in favour of the petitioner for allotment of the petrol pump/ retail outlet would be cancelled and the allotment would be made in favour of some one else.

Shri Abhay Sambre, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4 states on instructions from the respondent no.6 that the respondents are not desirous of cancelling the letter of intent issued in favour of the petitioner, presently. It is stated that the petition is premature as the respondents have not decided to cancel the letter of intent issued in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.4 on oral instruction from the respondent no.6, we dispose of the writ petition. No order as to costs.
