By order dated 29.04.2015 the respondents were allowed to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lacs Only) subject to furnishing usual undertaking. Claim was filed in the year 2011. It was decided in the year 2014. The appeal is pending since 2017.

In the facts and circumstances, the respondent No.1 allowed to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakhs Only) out of the deposited amount subject to furnishing undertaking that in case appeal is allowed the said amount shall be repaid with interests at such rate the Court may direct. 5.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
