Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Nothing has been recovered at the instance of this applicant. So far, he has not been identified as well. He is in jail from 2nd July, 2016. In these circumstances, no purpose would be served by keeping the applicant in jail for any longer period of time. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that (i) he shall regularly attend the trial Court on the dates fixed in the matter; (ii) shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case and (iii) shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
