By this criminal writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur, dated 19.06.2017 rejecting the application of the petitioner for extension of parole leave.

Mrs.Tripathi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, states that the petitioner has filed a writ petition for seeking the extension of parole leave. It is submitted that two writ petitions cannot be filed in respect of the same cause.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
