2.

The challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 16.07.2019, passed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, directing opening of an Extension Dispensary at a private accommodation in the Wadi area on temporary basis with existing staff and resources.

3.

The objection of petitioner is that there should be separate recruitment of staff and providing separate resources for opening of said extension

4.

It is the matter to be considered by the Government as a matter of policy, hence, we do not find any reason to entertain this petition. The same is dismissed. No costs.
