DATE : November 10, 2017 The applicant has sought modification of order dated 20/07/2015. According to the learned counsel for the applicant instead of staying the payment of back-wages the order of reinstatement deserves to be stayed. For said purpose the learned counsel seeks to contest the findings recorded by the School Tribunal.

The writ petition has been admitted for hearing. I find that instead of going into merits while considering the application for modification of order, applicant should pursue Civil Application No.2270/2016 by which final disposal of the writ petition is sought.
