This is an application filed by the claimant for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation which is to the tune of Rs.41,45,277/-. Considering the enhancement awarded by the Reference Court, it is requested by learned counsel for appellant that the amount be permitted to be withdrawn subject to furnishing of usual undertaking and solvent surety/security.

Accordingly, respondent is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation subject to furnishing of usual undertaking and also subject to furnishing of solvent surety/security for 50% of the amount. The application is disposed of.
