The applicants state that there is a typographical error in second line in paragraph No.11(2) of the judgment, dated 03/02/2025. The amount awarded to the appellant No.1 should be Rs.4,80,000/- instead of Rs.5,80,000/-. 2.
The learned Advocate for the respondent agrees to the same.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the following terms :-
23. CAO 977 of 2025.odt (i) Delete figure "Rs.5,80,000/-" in second line in paragraph No.11(2) of the judgment, dated 03/02/2025 and substitute the same with figure "Rs.4,80,000/-".
