The learned counsel for the respondents states that the cause for filing the Public Interest Litigation has been rendered infructuous as the tender challenged by the petitioner in the P.I.L. has been scrapped and a fresh tender was floated. It is stated that subsequent tenders are challenged at the instance of some other parties in P.I.L. Nos.117/2013 and 118/2013 and those matters are admitted.
