After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further prays for direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and also prays for grant of liberty to file a fresh application, in case, there is no substantive progress in trial, in near future. 2.

Permission to withdraw the application is granted. 3.

The learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
