The learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of remaining amount deposited by the appellant.

While granting stay, the appellant has deposited 50% amount awarded by the reference Court.

For the reason stated in the application, the respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw remaining amount along with interest.

The Registry is directed to release the remaining amount after obtaining usual undertaking and verifying the bank documents.
