Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the copy of the application stated to have been given to the District Collector, Buldhana is not traceable. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would furnish a copy of the said application to the office of the District Collector, Buldhana within one week from today. 3.

Upon furnishing a copy, the Collector/the Land Acquisition Officer, Buldhana shall dispose of the application within four weeks thereafter in accordance with the law on its own merits.
