01] Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

02] The Official Liquidator seeks permission to transfer 50% of the amount of interest earned equivalent to Rs.1,58,43,696/- on FDRs of various companies in liquidation into the Common Pool Fund for the reasons stated in paragraph 9 of the official liquidator's report. 03] By order dated 14th December, 2012, this Court had permitted transfer an amount of Rs.2,01,31,921/- in the Common Pool Fund. Taking into consideration the monthly salary of the company staff and the increase in their expenditure into meet the said expenditure, 50% of the interest amount equivalent to Rs.1,58,43,696/- earned on FDRs of various companies in liquidation is permitted to be transferred in the Common Pool Fund. The Official Liquidator is also permitted to pay professional fee bill amount of Rs.23,600/- to the Panel Chartered Accountant M/s. C.V. Paturkar & Company towards their professional fee bill dated 23.09.2021.
