AUGUST 16, 2017 This is the second attempt on behalf of the applicant to get himself released on bail. The first one was disposed of as withdrawn since the Court was not inclined to grant bail. The same was filed after filing of the charge-sheet. Right now, by filing the present application, no change in the circumstance is shown by the applicant. The only change in the circumstance is the change of the advocate. That cannot be the change in the circumstance.

In view of above, the application stands rejected.
