The first information report, prima facie, does not disclose the circumstances necessary for drawing an inference that the applicant/s was/were prepared himself/themselves to commit an offence. Nothing has been seized from the applicant/s. In the circumstances, I am inclined to grant the applications.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant/s be released on bail on his/each of them executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he/they shall regularly attend the Court on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the matter and shall not tamper the prosecution evidence, in any manner.
