It is alleged that the order dated 11/07/2022 have not been complied. However, in reply, the Respondent placed on record a Communication dated 23/01/2023 by which the Respondent has rejected the proposal of the Petitioner Society. Though the decision, as per direction of this Court is taken belatedly, there is no intentional delay. 2.

As such, the Contempt is purged and the proceedings are closed.

The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the Communication dated 23/01/2023 by independent proceeding.
