It appears that there is typographical error in apportionment of compensation. The share of widow i.e. claimant no. 1 would be 30% instead of 20%. As such, the claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount in proportion of 30:20:20:15:15.

Necessary correction to be carried out in Clause (5) of the operative part of Judgment in First Appeal No. 983/2022 decided on 31/07/2023 and corrected judgment be uploaded. 3.
