This petition is for grant of remission to petitioner in view of Government Resolution dated 3/6/2017 on the occasion of 125th year celebration of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Shri Pathan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed on record communication dated 25/6/2019 received from the Superintendent, Open Prison, Morshi, District Amravati informing that petitioner is already released on 18/1/2019 after he completed his sentence for 24 years.

In that view of the matter, petition is rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed of.
