The counsel for respondent No.4, on instructions, submits that the request for releasing gratuity amount will be processed.

The counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the office of the respondent No.4 shall require certain documents from the petitioner for processing the claim viz. photograph, undertaking to indemnify the legitimate claim raised by any other person and other such documents as necessary.

The petitioner shall co-operate in this regard. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent

Since, the respondent No.4 has shown willingness to process the claim of gratuity which is the prayer in the present petition, the purpose has been served. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
