The applicant-respondent no.1 seeks exemption from personal attendance and time to file an affidavit.

By order dated 26.10.2021 the respondent no.1 was directed to file affidavit by today and failing compliance the respondent no.1 was directed to remain present in Court.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application coupled with the fact that the respondent no.1 has been transferred from Zilla Parichad Chandrapur to Mumbai, we are inclined to grant one opportunity to the respondent no.1. Hence, the prayer made in the application is granted. The civil application is disposed of.
