The order dated 13.7.2022 passed in W.P 7597/2019 is sought to be reviewed on the ground that the notification exempting females from payment of court fees would not be applicable, for the reason that it is not attracted, considering that the suit was for damages.

The order dated 13.7.2022 already directs the framing of an issue on the aspect of appropriate court fees and in case such issue is framed, it would be open for the applicant to file an application for deciding that issue as a preliminary issue, considering which I do not find that any ground has been made out for review, in view of which the application is dismissed.
