This Court on 1st December, 2015 granted protection in favour of the appellant-acquiring body upon depositing the entire decretal amount, which till date is not deposited.

Upon instructions, learned Counsel for the appellant, upon instructions, makes a statement that the amount will be deposited within a period of three months from today. The statement is accepted as undertaking, being made upon instructions.

If the amount undertaken is not deposited, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In view of above, civil application stands disposed of.

Paper book be filed within a period of twelves weeks from today, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
