Heard Shri S. Shahid, learned counsel for the proposed intervenor - Smt. Megha Praful Pawar, Shri Wahane, learned counsel for the original petitioner and Shri M. Anilkumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

The prayer in the petition is to provide compassionate employment to the petitioner in place of his deceased father. The applicant claims to be a daughter from first wife of the deceased.

Shri Wahane, learned counsel is strongly opposing the prayer for intervention. He submits that the applicant has no locus.

We keep the said contention and objection open.

Application is allowed. The applicant be shown as Party Respondent No. 3 by effecting

Shri S. Shahid, waives notice for respondent No. 3. It is open to Respondent No. 3 to file reply, if any, within a period of next two weeks.
