The petitioner, who was appointed against a post reserved for Scheduled Tribe category, is seeking conversion of his employment on supernumerary post in view of the policy of the State Government.

In case such representation is made by the petitioner through his employer, the respective Authorities shall decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
