This is an application for regular bail.

Heard Mr. M.A. Randive, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Anil Laddhad, learned APP for the respondent-State.

The investigation is over and charge-sheet is already filed. The applicant, who initially gave the report about the death of his daughter, is joined as Accused No.1 in the present case. There is no eye-witness account in the present case. The investigation is already over, and looking to the nature of the evidence gathered by the investigating agency during the course of investigation, I am of the opinion that the further custodial presence of the applicant is not warranted. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application [BA] No. 665 of 2015 is allowed.

[b] The applicant - Bhanudas Tukaram Wadibhasme be released on bail on he executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- [rupees twenty-five thousand only] with two solvent sureties in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 18/2015 registered with Police Station, Pavani, Distt. Bhandara, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

[c] Bail before Trial Court.
