2] I am informed that the order that was challenged in Appeal Against Order has been passed by the First Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No. 168/2012. This appeal has been now decided on 11/7/2018, meaning thereby, the Appeal Against Order challenging the interim order will not survive. 3] Accordingly, the Appeal Against Order stands disposed of as become infructuous. However, the contempt arising out of the alleged willful disobedience of the order passed in Appeal Against Order will continue. CONTEMPT PETITION NOS. 17/2016 AND 219/2014 4] It appears that Contempt Petition No.

17/2016 only has been listed today. This contempt is arising out of the order passed in Contempt Petition No.

18-AO-89-2014 219/2014 so also the order passed in Appeal Against Order No. 89/2014.

5] The Registry shall list both the Contempt Petitions on the next date viz. Contempt Petition Nos. 17/2016 and 216/2014.
