The applicant and non-applicant No. 2 - complainant are present in the Court.

This application is filed for quashing of FIR registered by non-applicant No. 1 - Police Station, Durgapur, District - Chandrapur, vide Crime No. 188 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Non-applicant No. 2, who is present in the Court submits that she does not want to prosecute the report contending that the matter is amicably settled between the applicant and

1408apl810.19 herself. The complainant has placed on record her affidavit-in-reply.

We find that the issue has been amicably settled between the complainant and accused in order to maintain cordial relations and since no public issue is involved in the present crime, relying upon the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Narinder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Haryana & Anr., reported at 2006 (8) SCC 33, this application can be allowed.

Accordingly, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) of the same. subject to the applicant and non-applicant No. 2 - complainant paying costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) each within one week from today with the Registrar of this Court. On deposit of the same, the amount of costs of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) be paid to Panchvati Vradhashram, Umred Road, Nagpur.
