DATED : 04-02-2025 By virtue of Pursis stamp 1/2025, petitioners Nos. 10,21,49,57,60,61,64,66,70,75 and 76 want to withdraw the petition without prejudice to their rights and contentions, accepting which the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of the aforesaid petitioners, keeping all contentions open.

Pursis Stamp No. 2/2025 is on behalf of petitioners Nos. 8,23,24, 28 to 33, 43 to 46, 48, 50,59,62,63,65,68,69, 92,93,95,96,99,100,101,105 and 107, who also want to withdraw the petition without prejudice to their rights and contentions, accepting which the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of the aforesaid petitioners, keeping all contentions open.

In so far as the rest of the petitioners are concerned, the Government Resolution dated 8.10.2024 directs regularization of the services of the petitioners, in view of which, the grievance does not survive. The petition is therefore disposed of in terms of Government Resolution
