O R D E R

(Passed on 09.09.2023) The respondents have filed pursis stating therein that the appellant Company has withdrawn the appeal unconditionally. The respondents stated that the entire decreetal amount together with interest thereon as accrued till the date of depositing, has been already deposited by the appellant in the Court. The respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 are hereby given liberty to withdraw the amount as per order of the Trial Court. The requisite court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant, as per rules.
